We want you to love your jewellery forever. Over time, it's natural for plating to show signs of a life well-lived & get tarnish. Our Lifetime Plating Service is our promise to help you bring that brilliant shine back, whenever you need it.

What's Covered & What We Ask

Here’s what you need to know to use the service:

When can I use it? You can request plating service anytime after receiving your jewellery. 

What's the condition? Your piece just needs to be undamaged. This means no breaks, deep dents, or missing parts. We'll give it a quick check when we receive it.

What colour will it be? We’ll re-plate your jewellery in its original colour only. Unfortunately, we can’t change the plating from silver to rose gold. 

What's not covered? This service doesn't apply to rose gold jewellery, multi-tone jewellery, oxidised pieces, or items with pearls, diamonds, or certain beads. 

Verification: All items will undergo a quality inspection upon receipt. If a product does not meet the eligibility criteria, it will be returned to you, and any shipping charges incurred will be your responsibility.

Proof of Purchase: You may be required to provide a proof of purchase to validate the claim.

How It Works & Your Options

Getting your jewellery re-plated is simple. The service itself is on us; you just cover the shipping charges. The entire process, from the day we receive your jewellery to its return delivery, is estimated to take approximately 3-4 weeks.

From Your Home

  • We’ll arrange a convenient pickup from your address and deliver it back to you.
  • Cost: ₹199

Drop & Ship

  • Drop it off at a store, and we’ll ship it back to your home when it's ready.
  • Cost: ₹99

Just a Couple of Things to Remember...

For Earrings: Please send us the complete pair. This ensures they'll match perfectly when they return.

For Necklaces: If you're sending a pendant, please include its chain. We'll happily re-plate both so they shine together.
