Soho Tiger - Return & Refund Policy

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. This policy outlines the procedures for returns, exchanges, and refunds to provide a seamless and transparent experience. We request you to please read the policy guidelines carefully.
Time Window: We offer a 7 day risk free period window for returns and exchanges, calculated from the date of delivery.
Initiation: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team via email at contact@sohotiger.com or through the designated return portal on our website.
For a return or exchange to be accepted, the product must meet the following criteria:
The item must be in its original, unused, and unworn condition.
All original packaging, including the box, invoices, certificates of authenticity, and tags, must be intact and returned with the product.
The product must be undamaged and in a saleable condition.
Please note that the following items are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances:
Custom-made, personalized, or engraved jewellery.
Gold or silver coins, idols, and Rakhis.
Products purchased during a clearance sale or marked as "Final Sale".
Any free gifts or promotional items received with the order.
This section is critical for protecting both the customer and the company. Adherence to this process is mandatory for claims.
Reporting Window: Any claims for receiving a damaged, defective, incorrect, or empty parcel must be reported to our customer service team within 7 days of the delivery time.
Mandatory Unboxing Video: To process any such claim, we mandatorily require a 360-degree, unedited unboxing video of the parcel from the moment it is opened.
The video must be clear and show the shipping label on the package.
It should serve as clear proof that the item was damaged upon arrival or that the wrong item was received.
Claims without a valid unboxing video will not be entertained.
Once your returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Timeline: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days after the product passes our quality check.
Mode of Refund:
Prepaid Orders: The refund will be credited back to the original source of payment (credit/debit card, net banking, wallet).
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: The refund will be processed via a secure payout link sent to your registered email/phone number, allowing you to enter your bank account or UPI details. We do not provide cash refunds.
Reverse Pickup: We will arrange a reverse pickup from your address in most serviceable pin codes.
Failed Pickup Attempts: We will make a maximum of three attempts to pick up the return parcel. If the pickup fails due to the customer's unavailability, the return request will be automatically cancelled.
Self-Shipment: If your pin code is not serviceable for reverse pickup, you will be required to ship the product back to us.
We will reimburse you for the return shipping costs up to a maximum of ₹70 upon submission of the courier receipt.
The company is not liable for any loss or damage to the product during self-shipped transit. Please ensure the package is well-sealed.
7. Exchanges:
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item and place a new order.
